I guess Noel is ok. He's not very helpful or positive but he seems to know which way to hold a mouse. Obviously I'm kidding. Noel is a great asset to the team. He's a genuine "can do" guy and always sees the opportunity. He makes promises and follows up on them and is very willing to give a dig out. In the training room, he creates a lively atmosphere and is skillful at dispelling the trainees' anxiety. He's easy going and fun to work with. Most importantly, I've found him to be very competent with a broad knowledge and a willingness to constantly build upon that knowledge. I love you Noel!
